Finally a truly complete power solution! The Power Controller is a complete mobile power station for portable devices in boats, recreational vehicles and cabins and powerful enough to provide up to 6,000 watts of back-up electricity in the event of a power failure. The Automatic Rapid Power Controller features a 3 way automatic rapid transfer switch which seamlessly and immediately transfers electrical power between an AC outlet, a backup generator and its built-in 12 volt inverter. When utility or generator power is made available, the Power Controller is included 30 Amp 3-stage battery charger will automatically recharge the 12 volt battery resulting in continuous power whenever, wherever you need it.

The 3500 Watt inverter is ideal for powering devices in trucks, midsized RVs, boats and cabins while the 6000 Watt inverter provides enough power for devices in larger RVs, boats and houses as well as pumps. Both inverters include a PWM control which continually monitors, synchronizes and corrects the inverter's output to ensure safe operation. Easy to install and use, after wiring this unit you're done! The Power Controller is completely automatic.

Application

Unit will automatically select and use power in the following order

1. Shore or city power
2. Generator power
3. 12 Vdc

If #1 or #2 is being used, this unit will charge your external battery bank using state of the art 3 stage/30amp charging system. If #1 nor #2 is available the built-in inverter will supply AC power using your 12Vdc battery.

If a lower priority power is outputed, but an higher level (city for ex:) is detected, it will be monitored for 5 seconds to ensure stability, then transfer to higher level power is made. This avoids unnecessary and potentially damaging transfers between power sources.

*Note: The Inverter power is a different power source than city and generator. Inverters have 2 hots while city and generators have 1 hot and 1 neutral.
